Failed to load dependencies

This problem occurs when your Visual Studio installation does not include Visual C++. To add Visual C++ please do the following:

1. Open "Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Microsoft Visual Studio->Uninstall/Change".
2. Select "Add or Remove Features".
3. Select "Language Tools -> Visual C++".
4. Press the "Update" button.

Please note that Visual Studio Express does not support plugins and thus will not work with VisualGDB.
