Stable and Reliable Engine

VisualGDB is built to provide maximum debugging comfort even when the underlying GDB stops responding. VisualGDB automatically detects "frozen" GDB commands and allows you to abort a specific command, exit the debugging session without losing your files or quitting Visual Studio or sending a 'ping' to GDB.

Pinging GDB allows resuming the session if a reply from GDB was not delivered due to a network error or a GDB bug.
